Please bring the following with you to the parent meeting on Nov. 19th if you haven't:

1. Athletic Fee ($115 HS, $75 JH, $285 Family Max)

2. Copy of current auto insurance card

The following forms need to be completed at the Winter Sports parent meeting on Nov. 19th:

1. Parent Info Form

2. Concussion Information Sheet

3. Uniform Contract

4. You my purchase athletic pass(es) for all home games (excluding tournament games)
