Secondary: 7-12th Grade

Since 1961, Mansfield Christian School has been committed to providing a Christ-centered education that prepares students spiritually, academically, and socially for whatever comes next. Our secondary program combines rigorous academics, leadership development, and meaningful relationships, all built on the foundation of God’s Word.

College & Career Preparation

From freshman year to senior capstone, students are guided with purpose. We help students discover their calling and take confident steps toward it, whether that’s college, trade school, military service, or full-time ministry.

  • Individualized college and career counseling begins in 9th grade.

  • Each fall, MCS hosts a Christian College Fair and hosts multiple college representatives throughout the year.

  • Juniors tour Cedarville University; freshmen visit Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

  • ACT preparation, scholarship help, sophomore participation in Manufacturing Day, and parent planning sessions are built into the calendar.

  • The Mansfield Christian Career Academy Program (MCCAP) offers specialized career exploration tracks and mentorship opportunities for students seeking hands-on experience and vocational direction.

Student Life & Leadership

Life outside the classroom shapes who our students become, and we take that seriously. At MCS, students are known, supported, and encouraged to lead with purpose.

  • Student leadership opportunities include class officers, Ambassadors, and the Events Planning Committee (EPiC).

  • Clubs and activities include National Honor Society, IMAGE Ensemble, Drama Club, Worship Team, and Game Club.

  • School-wide events include Fall Retreat, Spiritual Emphasis Week, Missions Trips, and Class Trips.

  • Active service programs keep students engaged in the community.

  • Leadership conferences and performance opportunities build confidence and influence.

  • Athletics that build character, from soccer and volleyball to basketball, baseball, and track, our student-athletes grow through teamwork, discipline, and Christ-centered coaching.
