MCS Girls Biddy Basketball Registration Form  

Who: The MCS Biddy Basketball Program is for girls in 1st-6th grade.

What: Biddy basketball is a program created to teach young players the basic skills of basketball and have an opportunity to play in actual games with teammates and refs.

Where: MCS high school gym

When: Practices are on Wednesday from 3:15-4:30. January 5th- February 9th

Games will be every Saturday morning from January 8th- February 12th 

REGISTRATION FORM

Extra Details:

*The fee will be $50 for your first child and $30 for each additional child. You will be billed through FACTS.

*The girls will go to car line every Wednesday and will be picked up for practice by a coach.

*They need to bring a change of clothes and a water bottle to each practice.

*Parents can come through door #5 to pick their daughters up after practice.

*The DEADLINE to register is December 3rd.
