Igniting Young Minds

"The ministry group, Image, definitely ministered to the body of believers at First Alliance Church Sunday morning. Songs of praise filled the packed sanctuary. Not only were the songs uplifting, but the testimonials from students were an encouragement to us all. Jillian Caudill shared of Paul and Silas's earthquake experience, and that often times in life we experience "earthquakes" but God is present and at work. The spiritual depth of these students was evident and reflective of God and his servant, Ryan Mowry, director. We were truly blessed."

"This month we were asked by Mr. Vodika to share our thoughts on our experience of being part of the Mansfield Christian School family. The first word that came to our mind was "Thankful".

The last Thursday of November, we come together to celebrate and remember the good things in our lives. To be truly thankful is to experience the feeling of being blessed, not just physically through the act of celebration, but emotionally and spiritually as we consider the tremendous significance those blessings have on our lives.

As parents, we are truly thankful for the teachers who have taken the time to share their faith through personal stories and experiences. For the teachers who have made the word of God applicable in the lives of their students and who continue to help their students see the awe of God in their ordinary day. We are also thankful for the opportunity our students have to discuss biblical perspectives, to worship, share testimonies, and pray together as a student body.

How wonderful to have words of thanksgiving embedded in our children's education. To know they are being taught daily to give thanks and to show reverence through their words, action and appearance. To know these biblical standards and teachings don't just stop in the classroom, but extend into all facets of life. Mansfield Christian is making a significant difference in our children's lives."
