How to order



You can stop by our office, place an order, and pick up your certificates. Our office is located at Mansfield Christian School around the back, door #7, beside FM 91 WVMC.

Our Hours of operation are 8:00 to 3:30 Monday - Friday. During School days.  You can check the school calendar here.

Or give us a phone call at 419-756-5651 Ext. 215 to place your order. We can have your certificates ready for you to pick up when you come in!

You can also FAX you order in. Our FAX number is: 419-756-3049

You can send your check/money and the order with your child to school and we will fill your order and send it home with the child.

You can us with your order. However you must follow the instructions below so we can fill your order:

• Under subject put your full name and the word "Order" (Ex. Lori Smith's Order)
• In the contents area give your name and a phone number where you can be reached during the day
• List the certificates that you want to purchase.
  For Example: 2 @ $10 Wendy's = $20
• Give your total at the end.
