Testing

Students who intend to take a PSEO class from any area College or University must first take the ACT on or before the February test date of the previous school year.

CLEP testing- For students who have taken a class in which a CLEP test is offered.

The following tests are administered by MCS.

OGT-10  Test results will be available on May 18

PSAT-11 Next test date is Oct. 2015

NCSC CCP classes

COMPASS Test- NCSC allows students, who have not scored high enough on the ACT, to take the COMPASS test. This test is administered by NCSC. To schedule an appointment for this test please call NCSC Student Success Center at 419-755-4764.
Minimum GPA:
maintain a 2.0 in all CCP classes
Minimum test scores:
ACT:
US History or Western Civilization or Anatomy or Psychology- 18 on Reading
Chemistry 21 on Math
English- 18 Reading and 22 English
Compass Test:
US History or Western Civilization or Anatomy or Psychology - 80 on Reading
Chemistry 61 on Pre-Algebra and 31 on Algebra
English- 8 on ewrite and 80 on Reading

 ACT and SAT are not administered by MCS. Students register for these tests themselves and must also send
                      their scores to their college/university.
