Joel is in his first year teaching at MCS. He is a graduate of Malone University with a bachelor’s degree in Music Education and currently working on his Master’s degree in Music Education from Kent State University.

Joel is a saxophone player and serves as a worship leader for Church at Dove Outreach Center in Wooster, OH. He lives in Ashland, enjoys bike riding and anything music related. His favorite food is chicken.
