Mrs. Mitchell is a veteran teacher of 19 years with last 4 at Mansfield Christian. She is married to Don Mitchell, Academic Dean at MCS, they have 2 children, Jeremiah and Micah both students at MCS. Her Favorite scripture passage is Phil. 2:1-11.

Joy likes teaching in an envoronment where she can use the Bible in all aspects of life. She likes to read and knit and her favorite food is chicken.
