Mrs. Pound has been teaching sixth grade for all but one year of her teaching career and says she really enjoys this age group.  Teaching Language Arts and Bible are her favorite.  She enjoys ministering at Berean Baptist with her husband, where he is the senior pastor.  They have three wonderful sons, two great daughter-in-laws, and two beautiful granddaughters.  Her passion is the Lord and His Word, and she is very grateful to teach in an environment where she can talk about both.  Her life verse is Galatians 2:20.  "I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me."
